Booking Terms

1. A wedding photography/videography booking is confirmed/reserved once the completed booking form has been returned and the deposit paid.

 

2. Additional charges may apply to ceremonies before midday or a First Dance after 9pm.

 

3. Editing of photos and can take up to 6 weeks and videos up to 3 months. Preview photos and static video (if purchasing photo and static video only) can usually be provided earlier if requested. 

 

4. Links to the photos and videos are as a ShootProof/ Google Drive link which is viewable and downloadable. They are stored in the cloud for a year after the wedding to enable sharing with friends and family but should be downloaded and saved locally on receipt. 

 

5. Drone footage can be provided if the venue is at least 5km from an airport and not in any other restrictive areas and if permission from the venue has been granted. This should be requested by the bride and groom. We can’t fly within 50 meters of people who are not under our control, buildings or property which is not the venue or in the rain or certain wind conditions. If we are unable to film any drone footage on the day, we will refund the drone charge.

 

6. Small changes to the edited photos/video can be made. An hours editing time is included in the package and must be requested within 14 days of the delivery. Photos/Video may be deleted from our system after 60 days of receipt. 

 

7. Music choices should be provided before the event. If music choices are not provided, they will be chosen by us. Changes to music choices may be chargeable. 

 

8. Please can a meal be provided for the photographer/videographer.

 

9. Although rarely an issue, no responsibility is accepted for restrictions placed on us by wedding officials or venues.

 

10. Any licences required for filming are the responsibility of the bride and groom.

 

11. We reserve the right to show photos and a highlights/ clips on our website, social media or share with relevant suppliers/venues.

 

12. Filming of ceremony and speeches are with two cameras when possible, but the second unmanned camera can’t be guaranteed. 

 

13. As we will decline other couples once the date is secured, payments are only refundable if we are able to rebook the day or because of government restrictions caused by a global pandemic or similar event.

 

14. In the unlikely event we are unable to provide your wedding photos/video we will refund the cost in full and that will be the limit of our liability.

 

15. Extras can be chosen nearer the day, but drone should be requested well in advance.
